deep relaxation with the millenarian ayurvedic massage, an ocean of delightful indulgence, find healing and wellbeing through oil massage, marma therapy and chakras
It is a pleasant full body massage with oils, from the ancient medical science of India. According to Ayurveda, every human being is born with a unique blend of biological principles called doshas. The three doshas are called Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These principles represent the individual genetic code that forms our physical and mental characteristics. Doshas are constantly changing in response to our actions, thoughts, emotions, foods, seasons, and any other sensory input that fuels our body and mind. When the doshas are out of balance for a long time, pathologies can appear. One of the main objectives of Ayurvedic massage is to restore the balance of the doshas and thus prevent the appearance of future pathologies, in addition to detoxifying and creating unity in body, mind and emotions. In my Ayurvedic massages I combine abhyanga (oil massage) with marmas therapy. Marmas are points on the body under which vital structures intersect, both physical and subtle. When we touch the Marma points we stimulate the body’s biochemistry to produce exactly what the body needs to help heal the mind, consciousness and body.
